Refund policy

We have a 2-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. upon approved return or replacement product will be dispatched withing 2 working days. Replacement products will be delivered in 5 to 6 days.

All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that it reaches you without any damages. In case of damage during transit, customers are required to provide sufficient proof (images, videos, or other supporting evidence). We may request return of the product for inspection before approving the claim.

Refunds or replacements are available for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items. In special cases, after discussing the issue with us, we can accept returns also.

Manufacturing defects includes colors faded, not correct item, broken, torn or cracked items received.

We recommend that customers carefully review the product video and images before making a purchase. Please note that returns based on personal preferences or likings cannot be accepted, as these do not qualify as manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Important: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as it helps us resolve issues faster. In its absence, customers can share clear images/videos for verification. This serves as the item's condition upon receiving and helps us determine if any damage occurred during shipping or not.

  1. Color Variations Due to Screens
    Due to varying color settings (e.g., brightness, contrast) on monitors and phone screens, the appearance of product colors may differ slightly across devices. For example, the same image may look subtly different on two different screens. As a result, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for perceived color differences. We appreciate your understanding of these technical variations. 
  2. Product Material Information
    Please carefully review the product description, including the material details, before placing your order. Each product’s material is clearly specified in its description. Replacements or refunds will not be provided if an order is placed for a product with an unintended material. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
  3. Product Design and Reference Images
    To ensure the product meets your expectations, please review the reference images and videos on the product page, which showcase the item from multiple angles (top, bottom, and sides). Replacements or refunds will not be offered if expectations differ due to not viewing these images. Rest assured, our products are thoughtfully designed with protective features, including raised lips on the top and bottom to safeguard your phone from accidental drops.
  4. Special Non-Refundable Case
    If a parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship it to you as per your instructions. However, this results in triple shipping charges (forward shipping, Return, Re-shipping). In such cases, refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges. That said, we truly value our customers and are always open to finding a better solution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, except in cases of confirmed defects or incorrect items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, with-offer, sale items or gift cards. However, this does not apply to defective or incorrect items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
